She is pregnant and suffers from depression. He is older than she and strives to make her life easier. Her mission on earth has always been to put one foot in front of the other and make it through each day. Her depression extinguishes the small spark of life he struggles to keep.  He would like to have a child, for selfish reasons. The decision will determine not only the life of their baby but may result in the death of their relationship.
